Read MORE Black Boy is an inititave that focuses on encouraging black boys to read MORE by providing a VARIETY of FREE books by black authors , with black characters and content that may spark their interest and feel included.

Dream BIG black girls highlights and encourages black girls to dream BEYOND what the world expects and to see further than what's infront of them.
CANCELLING THE WORD "NAPPY"
Although "Happy" Rhymes with "Nappy" whether you want to admit it or not, there's no happy feeling when your hair is called " NAPPY"
NAPPY is a derogatory word that kills the self esteem, our identity and how we view our own hair.
Frogang is on a mission to cancel the word by bringing awareness to its negative connotation and pledging to no longer use it when describing natural hair. Replace it with words like coiled,spiral,knotty,kiny etc. WE have the Power!

IS AN INITIATIVE TO ENCOURAGE BLACK YOUTH TO BECOME POLICE OFFICERS BY GIVING THEM A VOICE TO CHANGE THE NARRATIVE .
INSPIRATIONAL MUSIC MESSAGES
THIS INITIATIVE PUTS POSITIVE MUSIC IN THE FACE AND EARS OF OUR GIRLS. THROUGH THE CAREFUL, STRATEGIC MUSIC SELECTION ,GIRLS WILL BE ABLE TO IDENTIFY AND MEMORIZE SONGS OF SUBSTANCE AND POWER THAT WILL ENCOURAGE THEM TO RISE ABOVE.
MAKING BELTZHOOVER A GREENER COMMUNITY.
FROGANG TAKES PRIDE IN MAKING BELTZHOOVER A GREENER COMMUNITY FOR THE YOUTH AND RESIDENTS WHO RESIDE THERE.
IN THE FALL OF 2023, FROGANG PLANTED 27 TREES ON CLIMAX STREET (ESTELLA AND CURTIN) AND IN THE SPRING OF 2024, FROGANG PLANTED 20 TREES, 5 ON CLIMAX STREET, 9 AT THE INTERSECTION OF ESTELLA AND FREELAND STREET AND 6 ON CHALFONT STREET.
FROGANG CREDITS THE PARTNERSHIPS WITH TREE PITTSBURGH AND PITTSBURGH PARKS CONSERVANCY.
FROGANG LOT OF LOVE
A ONCE VACANT LOT RIDDLED WITH TRASH, DEBRI AND A EYE SORE TO THE BELTZHOOVER COMMUNITY IS NOW A VIBRANT LOT THAT OFFERS FREE BOOKS FOR THE YOUTH AND COMMUNITY RESIDENTS AND A FOOD PANTRY THAT IS KNOWN FOR HAVING THE "GOOD STUFF"=)
WITH THE MURAL CREATED BY RELL RUSHIN AND THE FROGANG GIRLS AND THE SIGN BY TEMUJIN BEY THE LOT IS NOW A OF ART.
